Great experience.
I can only comment on my experience as I'm sure each customers can vary when ordering from oversees.
All I can say is that the dispatch and delivery time for Australia to the UK was excellent. My pops (clone wars Obi Wan, Yoda and Ahsoka pops) arrived in great condition and although there is definitely an argument for more packing inside being used (which would probably drive up postage costs) I'm happy overall with how the pops arrived.
I will 100% be using them in the future!

Their new site is just horrible. It often resets removing your cart, it takes forever to load, bad gateway errors, if you login it resets your cart. If their plan was to make shopping a chore, they nailed it.

They sent me the wrong POP I have tried contacting them multiple times and they never respond this is poor service to say the least
Overall this shop have pretty good stuff for collectors....now watch out if anything comes damage/wrong/problem with order because they won't answer. Trying to contact them through email/Facebook/Instagram and no response whatsoever.. my items came damaged so not sure if this will be fixed...
I’m not sure the people writing the bad reviews are writing about the same company I know & have been ordering stuff from for a while now, as I think they’re absolutely brilliant!

Like every company there are certain issues out of their control like:
- manufacturing
- postage services
- differences between online and in store items
Whenever I’ve had any problems like:
• Damaged items in post
• broken in packaging item/manufacturing issue with item
• issue with being frustrated with customer service response time as I’m very impulsive
• not liked an answer from a certain help person as there are different people!
***I’ve either kept on writing and asked for a new help person, called head office - as YES!! They have a phone number - and what result have I had EVERY time??
(Talking mayb 10 times or more as I buy a lot of stuff and have multiple accounts, as even when I got upset first time with them, I couldn’t help going back there fir great prices!!:)~ and then a new helper fixed my u happy issue and whallah! I now have 2 functioning account.....)
Answer = absolutely perfect results of what I wanted - or very close to when they cannot do what you want as it’s out of their control - like item being out of stock to be replaced.
They are a seriously amazing company that needs to and should keep growing and growing as firstly I want buy more stuff, secondly want a job there, and lastly because they are one of the very few online toy companies I’ve found around Australia that you can actually get a result every time!
How?? As said= email them, Call them, call head office, go to a store, go to head office! I mean jeez - how many places can the whinges out there name with all of those lines of help?????
So conclusion - take a breath, have a drink, have some sugar - are you Hangry??:/ hmm? Do you need to poo? Have a nap, because you are totally crazy if you think these guys suck......!:/

Times of issue:
1st damaged item was replaced for free I kept it, 2nd same, 3rd bit harder but still got it replaced, 4th refunded, 5th/6th/7th exchanged, 8th half refunded as was out of stock and I wanted keep half of it, 9th refunded, 10th - waiting...... but I posted it back ahead of time from even getting a response from them as know they will fix ASAP!:)

I really used to love this company, I have done 3 previous orders all perfectly fine and I decided to do another and then the day after another. They I got 1 tracking reference for both orders because they merged them to save money. And because of the weight and value i got a 54 pound custom charge. I should have been told about this straight away so I could have cancelled it before it got shipped to the uk and now here I am. I have 2 options, pay 54 pounds and get my 2 orders or pay another 30 pound shipping and have it returned and potentially get my money back but wasted a month of excitement on getting the pops I ordered separately not together as 1. Do not buy from this shop unless you are in Australia because you think their great and then they screw you over.
It's really a shame that a company with such a great range of pop merch has such a poor customer service; due to the non-replies or the very late replies, not the customer service personnel. They are in general nice and helpful.
This is the only reason I give Popcultcha three stars instead of four. Because it's sooo frustrating when you really just need help to solve a problem and it's been over a month since you mailed the company, twice, and get no reply.
And no, this is not only due to the Covid situation because it was like this pre-Corona. Sometimes I got a reply within a week, sometimes within a couple of weeks and sometimes I did not get replies at all. Howcome? By now Popcultcha should have had more employees answering their customers mails. It's a big company and they should have expanded by now.
Otherwise, more or less everything is fine (even though it takes 1-3 months receiving your orders here in Europe, not PC's fault), except that it seems I've paid them a bit too much on a couple of orders - and no reply on why nor money back (or if it's even a correct observation) due to no reply from them. Very frustrating.
Dead on arrival, sent me with run arounds for 2 months. Agreed to replace the item then changed their mind, then asked us to ship to a random address while we have to pay 200-300 on our own to return it? I think these guys are fraudulent in how they conduct business.

I’ve ordered from Popcultcha 12 times and the 13th is already processing. I’ve never had any issues and I’m located in Finland (Europe). Some orders might take a bit longer but some arrive very quickly. Never had a damaged box and pre-orders always ship on time.
I would definitely recommend Popcultcha if you’re okay with the fact that shipment to Europe might take a bit longer and you do have to pay taxes on some occasions depending on the price of your order. By my experiences this company works very well for international customers.
I Placed an order in August. They took longer then expected to reach out to me about my late order. They eventually partially sent half of my order. I understood that orders might be a little late because of covid. But now here we are in November and I've reached out to them 3 times with no response at all. I understand that things are crazy right now but I don't see how they can not respond to emails. Especially since I'm overseas and spent quite a bit of money on products and shipping. Seriously bummed! They do have a lot of great selections to choose from but just bad customer service.
